Welcome aboard LimeHammer.
LimeHammer is your flight cockpit: one control panel, clear checklists, and a repeatable flight loop.
☐ This page shows where to look, what to check, and how to decide while you run Lime.
☐ It is for operators who want a structured, checklist‑driven way to trade index and sector ETFs.
☐ You do not need to be a programmer or pro trader, but you do need to follow procedures and review your own performance.
Core path: trade index and sector ETFs first.
☐ For most operators, the ETF path alone is enough to use Lime well.
Advanced path: individual stock swings are an optional extension of the same Lime ideas.
☐ Appendix A – Stock Swings With Lime is for operators already consistent with ETFs.
☐ You can run LimeHammer successfully without ever trading individual stocks; Appendix A is there only when you are ready.
First flights and guardrails
☐ Download the LimeHammer Operator Manual and read pages one through three plus the First Flight checklist.
☐ Before you trade, review the Risk and Educational Disclaimer, the Risk Guardrails card, and the Emotional Speed Limits card.
☐ Focus first on the ETF tools: Pilot’s Dashboard, Pre‑Trade and Pre‑Open checklists, Swan States and playbook, Sector ETFs, Sofi’s Sector Playbook, Post‑Trade Review, and Daily Summary.
☐ Over time, do not try to memorize the manual; live it.
☐ Run the checklists, fly the loop, review your flights, and let Lime shape your habits into a consistent process.
Pilot’s Dashboard – main control panel
☐ Pilot’s Dashboard is your main LimeHammer screen for trade decisions.
☐ It shows price, Lime overlays, Swan States, sectors, and key status so you see the whole environment at a glance.
☐ This is the only screen you should use to make trade decisions during a Lime session.
Before the open
☐ Confirm data is live and updating: price, volume, overlays, and Swan State labels.
☐ Confirm your timeframes match the standard Lime views for your strategy.
☐ Make sure the Lime overlay is visible, the correct account is selected, and your clock and session time match the market you are trading.
At session start, load your main price chart with Lime overlays and Swan States, your ETF watchlist, the Today’s Market panel, and any LimeHammer info panels used for risk, open trades, and P and L.
☐ Keep Sofi’s task or message area visible so she can post prompts and reminders.
Appendix A – Stock Swings With Lime
☐ Optional, advanced workflow that extends the ETF framework to carefully selected high‑performance stocks using the same rules with tighter risk.
Support cards and journaling
☐ Sofi’s Sector Playbook highlights sectors aligned with the Lime read of the market, surfaces a short preferred‑sectors list, flags changing relative strength, adds simple volatility cues, and suggests a steady review routine.
☐ Risk Guardrails card: fixed max risk per trade, cap on total open risk, daily and weekly loss limits, no over‑concentration, no revenge trades, no mid‑session strategy changes, and stand‑down rules when emotional speed limits are breached.
Why we journal: each trade is a flight and the journal is the black box; written reviews turn random wins and losses into feedback so you can see patterns, reinforce what works, fix what does not, and steadily raise skill over time.
