What Matters

I'm Noel Rini—I'm an Ohio‑based trader, educator, software developer and founder of LimeSignalWorks LLC here in Pickerington, OH.


What I'm building: LimeSignalWorks is a structured trading and risk‑education platform for serious individual investors. It's built around a framework called LimeHammer that combines TradingView indicators, alerts, and plain‑language checklists to help everyday traders manage risk more like disciplined operators and less like gamblers.


The problem it solves: Most retail investors aren't broken—they're under‑structured. They're using scattered tools, getting advice from social media, and making emotionally driven decisions. That creates cycles of over‑risk, stress at home, and people dropping out of markets just when structure would actually help them. There's no bridge between institutional‑grade risk practices and what a motivated person in Ohio can realistically access and use.


Why this matters to Ohio: LIME is building here because it's about household financial resilience and entrepreneurial stability—not speculative day‑trading hype. It fits naturally with Ohio's focus on diversified growth and workforce readiness. I'm planning to build, host, and hire here, and to partner with Ohio universities, incubators, and financial‑education programs to pilot this with retirees, self‑directed investors, small business owners, and financial educators.


What I'm asking for: I'm planning a three‑year project of about $150,000—$100,000 from me and partners, and I'm seeking $50,000 in grant support, potentially through the JobsOhio Small Business Grant. The funds would harden the software, expand the educational layer, and run pilot cohorts with 75–90 Ohio participants in year one. Over three years, I'm projecting 250–300 direct graduates and growth from 1 to 2–3 full‑time employees with measurable payroll growth.
