☐ Time window

• You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund or return. 
• After 30 days, refunds are only made if required by law or in rare special cases. 
• Late refunds (2+ months of use but under 1 year) are charged at 136/month for time used.
   

☐ What’s returnable

• Digital products (courses, downloads, indicators, dashboards) are normally non‑refundable once accessed or downloaded. 
• We may refund or credit you if a technical problem cannot be fixed after you contact support. 
• Physical items (if we ever offer them) must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
   

☐ When we can help

• You never received access or the download link. 
• What you received is materially different from the sales page description. 
• A technical fault makes normal use impossible and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time.
   

☐ When we do not refund

• You changed your mind after accessing the digital product. 
• You are unhappy with trading results or market performance—profits are never guaranteed. 
• You did not follow basic setup or usage instructions after we provided them.
   

☐ How to request a refund

• Email support@limesignalworks.com within 14 days of purchase. 
• Include your name, order number, date of purchase, product name, and a short description of what went wrong. 
• For tech issues, attach screenshots or error messages so we can troubleshoot quickly.
   

☐ What happens next

• We confirm we received your request and may ask a few clarifying questions. 
• If approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (your bank may take longer to show it). 
• For physical items, we may wait to receive and inspect the return before final approval.
